Any locations that are prone to flooding, tornadoes, hurricanes or wildfires will take a bit longer to inspect. If there are storm shelters or crawlspaces, these extra spaces equal added time as well.

Many of these tests include the foundation to ensure that the house is on solid ground with the structural support it needs to be safe. The paint needs to be considered for lead. The electrical wiring needs a thorough inspection to make sure it is safe.
